Landlord's comment: This apartment is situated in one of the best areas of Paris.
In the typical 19th century Haussmann style, the façade of the building is elaborately, but soberly carved. In an extremely safe area, the building also offers further security with security code, intercom and concierge. Of course an elevator will bring you to this 5th-floor apartment, unless you prefer the stairs.
Very quaint, cozy and green, the area around this apartment boasts the Luxembourg gardens park just five minutes away, as well as a humming, bustling commerce area, with supermarket, cafés, bakeries, butcher, etc. For further excitement and hip, Sevre Babylone and St. Germain offer left bank chic with the Bon Marché department store, the bio market and trendy cafés and restaurants such as ‘Les Deux Magots’ and ‘Café Flore’. To the north, also nearby, Montparnasse offers theaters, and cinemas, as well as legendary ‘brasseries’.
