Landlord's comment: This apartment is located in the earth of one of most select Paris district. Along rue Saint Louis en l'Ile , the main street, there are numerous quaints shops, cozy creperies, smart restaurants and attractive setting for elegant meals. Notre Dame Cathedral is near. The island maintains its medevial air. The Quartier Latin and the Marais are 5 minutes walk.
This studio apartment is located on the first floor( 2nd in the USA). The main entrance gate is protected by coded security system and it opens into a corridor leading to an other door also protected by a coded security system and an intercom. The apartment has keptits original exposed ceiling beams and its tiled floor. It has a southern exposure and faces a courtyard.
The living room has a window equiped with an electric shutter and curtains. It is furnished withtwo single-size beds that can be turn into a king size bed. It is equiped with with a flat screen cable TV, a DVD player, a phone and a high-speed internet connection. There is AIR CONDITIONER. The open kitchen has a windowand it is equiped with two electric plates, a small refrigerator, a micro-wave oven, a dishwasher, a coffe maker, a toaster and a kettle. there is a an iron and an ironing board. The title bathroom has a bathtub, a washbasin, a toilette, a hair dryer , a washing machine. there is a window. You can use PAYPAL.
